Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PATIENTS PRESENTING WITH SICCA SYMPTOMS, DENTAL CARIES AND MAJOR SALIVARY GLAND DISEASE AND INFECTIONS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with salivary tumors, post radiation therapy. HIV and children with suspected MUMPS

American European consensus accepted OMERACT SGUS scoring system based on radiological findings of major salivary glands as a tool of investigation of sjogrens and attempt to stage the disease.The diagnosis is made by ACR guidelines with use of FNAC instead of mucosal Biopsy.Timepoint: American European consensus accepted OMERACT SGUS score is used grade the findings at time 0, 4 weeks and 6 months

Improvement of complains of salivary gland swelling, pain, dryness of mouth and eyes. Improvement in stage of salivary gland ultrasound findingsTimepoint: 6 months after treatment
