Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA I,II Breast surgeries
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known allergy to the test drugs Known difficult airway hepatic disease, renal disease Chronic alcoholic Surgeries with expected duration more than 3hours
