Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients willing to participant in this trail through written informed consent. 2)Patient who are 35 years to 45 years of age and from any sex. 3)Patients having specific symptoms of Dwitiya patalagata timira.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)A person with age below 35 years and above 45 years. 2)Presbyopia associated with systemic disorders and ocular pathology. 3)Persons with myopia and hypermetropia. 4)Persons who are not willing to give their written consent.
