Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All 2nd and 3rd year pediatric post-graduates with atleast 1 prior exposure to simulation learning.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Postgraduates with no prior exposure to simulation learning. 2. Postgraduates who had taken antipsychotic medication(medication to reduce stress and anxiety) in the past 6 months

1.Stress level of learners by Visual analog scale in hot versus warm debreifing 2. Feedback of learning experience from the learnersTimepoint: 1.Stress level of learners will be assessed at following time points a)Prior to simulation scenario b)Prior to debriefing c)At the end of debriefing All the above outcomes will be measured for study and control participants for all simulation scenarios during study period 2.
