Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1.Stress level of learners by Visual analog scale in hot versus warm debreifing 2. Feedback of learning experience from the learnersTimepoint: 1.Stress level of learners will be assessed at following time points a)Prior to simulation scenario b)Prior to debriefing c)At the end of debriefing All the above outcomes will be measured for study and control participants for all simulation scenarios during study period 2. Feedback of learning experience from the learners will be obtained at the end of debriefing for all simulation scenarios during the study period | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Number of plus delta points in debriefing brought out by the learnersTimepoint: At the end of the debriefing session for all simulation scenarios during study period | — |
