Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy participants irrespective of gender, caste, religion and occupation. 2.Healthy participants willing and able to participate in study. 3.Health of the participants will be assessed with the help of proforma of health assessment by HS-19 on the basis of Dhatu Samyata (Vd.Kavita Vyas et al.) 4.Participants will be deemed healthy if they achieve scores between 75% to 100% across all 2 or 3 levels, as measured by the HS-19 scale (Vd. Kavita Vyas et al.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with the psychological disorder and under the psychiatric treatment. 2.Participants with the severe illness such as Heart disease, S.T.D., Tuberculosis, HTN, DM, Pregnant & lactating women etc.

MeasureTime frame
The evidence based data related to the association between Dhatusarata and Dhriti (self-control) in the form of Pravara, Madhyama, Avara will be generated through present study, which can be used to understand the mental strength or self control of participant & generate awareness regarding physical & mental wellbeing. Timepoint: 1 year

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Specially to assess the association of Dhriti with individual Datusarata.Timepoint: 1 year
