Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. Patients having age between 18 to 65 years. Patients having serum creatinine level less than 3.0 mg/dl. Patients indicated for Virechana and Basti.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female patients having pregnancy, breast feeding or post-delivery period. Patients of end stage renal disease Patients with some serious illness like cardio-vascular diseases, psychological disorders, serious acute organic diseases, serious chronic co-morbidities, hypo or hyper thyroidism, liver or metabolic disorders etc. Patients on renal replacement therapy. Patients with bleeding piles or any other bleeding disorders. Patients contraindicated for Virechana and Basti.

to find out the effect of ayurvedic treatment on sign and symptoms of the patients of chronic renal failure Timepoint: To find out the effect of ayurvedic treatment on sign and symptoms of the patients along with objective and subjective parameters of chronic renal failure in 4 weeks

to find out the effect of ayurvedic treatment on sign & symptoms of the patients of dialysis dependent chronic renal failure Outcome Timepoint: to find out the effect of ayurvedic treatment on the changes of eGFR & other renal functions (serum creatinine, blood urea) in the patients of chronic renal failure for 4 weeks & follow up in opd after 1 month
