Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students studying undergraduate courses in selected professional colleges of Udupi taluk The undergraduate students who can read and write English Students who are willing to participate are available at the time of data collection Students between 18 and 25 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students who disclosed themselves as having psychological problems students below the age of 17yrs and above the age of 26yrs
