Inclusion criteria: Elderly aged 60 years and above who are present and those who can respond will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bed-ridden, Mentally disabled elderly population who are present at the Vayomithram clinic and Sayamprabha home are excluded from the study
