Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years to 27 years , Willingness to participate of participants , Students who have been using smartphone more than 2 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic neck surgeries Neuromuscular disorders

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The smartphone addicted participants based on SAS score will be categorised and addicted participants will likely to have reduced flexor enduranceTimepoint: Flexion endurance - 25 seconds for female 35 second for male Sas score 31 male 33 female

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The smartphone addiction can have a influence on pain & this may reduce the enduranceTimepoint: Period of 1 week with each person assesment taking about 5 minutes
