Inclusion criteria: Female participants Women aged 20 to 65 years Having no work other than housekeeping The motivation and willingness to fully participate with any randomly allocated intervention Being married and living with the family Having no job other than housekeeping Not pregnant or nor breastfeeding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existing Musculoskeletal Disorders Recent Injuries Neurological Condition Pregnancy Previous Surgery Non-Compliance
