Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ICU nurses posted in the ICUs under the Department of Critical Care Medicine who have been trained in dialysis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ICU nurses who are currently undergoing dialysis training, ICU nurses who are trained in dialysis but have been transferred or have resigned and thus unlikely to remain in the unit for more than 2 years.
