Inclusion criteria: 1)Subjects older than 18 years. 2)Patients with 2 or more exacerbation of COPD in past one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients with confounders of exacerbation 1)Pneumothorax 2)Myocardial Infarction 3)Pulmonary thromboembolism 4)Left Heart failure 5)Pneumonia
