Inclusion criteria: All children between the age agroup of 2 to 5 years Cases seen in opd and those admitted in department of paediatric

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children below 2 years of age and above 5 years of age Individuals not providing informed consent to participate in the study Individuals without access to smartphones or Internet connection
