Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of anaesthesiologists physical status 1 2 Patients undergoing elective surgeries under general anaesthesia Surgery duration less than 2 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Patients with coagulation abnormalities Patients with neurological deficits Patients with cardivascular deficits Allergies to study medications Surgery duration more than 2 hours

To compare peritubal 4 percentage Lignocaine administration by Madgic device with intracuff administration of Lignocaine on haemodynamic response like systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate during extubation.Timepoint: To compare peritubal 4 percentage Lignocaine administration by Madgic device with intracuff administration of Lignocaine on haemodynamic response preextubation, 1minutes after extubation, 5minutes after extubation and 10minutes after extubation.
