Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who are willing to participate in the study. 2. Medical students. 3. Perceived stress scale score more than or equals to 14

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any symptomatic illness. 2. Weak and debilitated subjects. 3. Subjects those who are under any medications. 4. Subjects under regular influence of caffeine or alcohol. 5. Any foot pain, severe foot injury, previous leg surgeries or history of warts.
