Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with HIVRNA, and on stable Antiretroviral therapy 2. No contradictions to initiating a Yoga regime. 3. Karnofsky performance scale of more than 70

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current or past history of hypertension, diabetes, heart failure,stroke and apparent opportunistic infection. 2. Use of antihypertensive drugs and anti-depressant medication. 3. Use of Immunosuppressive or immunomodulatory medications other than ART (within 6 months). 4. Pregnant and lactating women. 5. Known physical disability or mental disorder. 6. Practicing any form of yoga, meditation or exercise.
