Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of mild and moderate pleural effusion in Tuberculosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pleural effusion associated with malignancy, cirrhosis of liver, HIV. Patient with major systemic illness which intervened the course of treatment Pregnant and lactating women
