Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with BMI 18-25 kg/m2, who can provide consent and adhere to the study protocol; Individuals in Group A with Iridological Signs of Respiratory Predisposition and Group B without such signs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with active respiratory infections in the past 3 weeks or history of any respiratory disease; with a history of cardiovascular and neurological disorders or any other comorbidities; with Open wounds, Allergies and Skin sensitivity; Women who are menstruating, pregnant or lactating; Use of medications like bronchodilators, systemic corticosteroids and smokers
