Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who are basti yogya Individuals displaying the characteristics symptoms of vataadhikya vatarakta or sjogren syndrome or Anti SSA and Anti SSB positive on quantitative basis and willing and able to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients aged below 18 years and more than 60 years Patient who is contraindicated for basti Pregnant and lactating women Patient with chronic systemic illness like diabetes or hypertension Patient having chronic renel disorders Patient having any cardiac pathology Patient having cirrhosis of the liver or chronic liver disease Any type of malignancy Alcoholics or any other drug abusers Patient with history of hemorrhoids

The efficacy of treatment in decreasing Anti SSA and Anti SSB ValueTimepoint: The patient will be assessed on the last day of basti that is 16 day and on 32 day and on 48 day
