Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient having age between 20 to 70 years. 2.Sign and symptoms of Gridhrasi as well as Sciatica based on both Ayurvedic as well as modern view.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Immunocompromised patients e.g. HIV, HBsA, HCV, etc. 2.Severe deformities (Lumber and Sacral spine) 3.Pregnant and lactating women.
