Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing and able to participate in the study, Patients diagnosed with Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head, Chronicity of disease less than 10 years, Patients yogya for Virechana Karma, Matra Basti and Shamana Snehapana

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 20 and above 60 years, Pregnant and lactating women, Chronicity of disease more than 10 years, Uncontrolled DM, HTN, TB and other infectious diseases, CKD, MI, CVA malignancies, psychiatric illness, Patients ayogya for Virechana Karma, Matra Basti and Shamana Snehapana
