Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently Healthy individuals aged 18-60 years of either sex from a diverse socioeconomic background.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals suffering from long term chronic disorders (like diabetes mellitus,cardiovascular and chronic respiratory diseases,cancer etc ). Individuals gone through a recent psychologically extreme event. Known cases of psychiatric disorders
