Inclusion criteria: Patients with non specific low back pain Age from 18 to 50 years Both male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of spine surgery Neurological deficits Patient already received regular PNF training Cancer Specific LBP Pregnant women
