Health Condition 1: E119- Type 2 diabetes mellitus without complications

Intervention1: Group 1: Antidiabetic drug (metformin 500-2000 mg)+ antihypertensive drug (Losartan 50 mg) + Statins (atorvastatin 10 mg, simavastatin 25mg): Participants in this group will be included

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of newly diagnosed type-2 Diabetes Mellitus with hypertension irrespective of dyslipidemia. Patients with the BP range: systolic blood pressure = 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure = 90 mmHg Individuals who are willing to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of Type- I diabetes mellitus. Patients with history of Hypersensitivity to HMG COA reductase inhibitors Pregnant women
