Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants identified with MetS according to Harmonized criteria 2009 any three of the following Central obesity Waist Circumference greater than 90cmin males and greater than 80 cm in females Triglycerides greater than 1.7 mmol per litre or under medication HDL cholesterol less than 1.0 mmol per litre in males and less than 1.3 mmol per litre in females or under medication Blood pressure greater than 135/85 mmHg or under medication Fasting plasma glucose: greater than or equal to 100 mg/dL or under medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants suffering from diagnosed case of chronic renal diseases Pregnant and lactating mothers HbA1c greater than 9% BMI greater than or equal to 35 kg/m 2
