Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with signs and symptoms of Parikartika and a confirmed diagnosis of parikartika based on established diagnostic criteria. 2. Patients who have not received any previous treatment specifically targeting Parikartika. 3. Marital Status - Married andunmarried both.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients associated with Ulcerative Colitis, Syphilis, Crohn s diseases, Tuberculosis and carcinoma of Rectum and Anal Canal. Patients with infectious diseases like HIV, VDRL, HbsAg, HCV etc
