Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inability to achieve pregnancy after one year of married couples unprotected coitus. Sperm count less than 15 million per ml . Male patients belonging to 21yr to 45 years of age. Patient suitable for Basti Karma,Snehpana. Patient willing to give written informed consent for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with azoospermia and aspermia. Genetic defects like Klinefelter’s syndrome. Patients with diseases like Varicocele, Accessory sex gland infection, Sexually transmitted diseases, and systemic diseases like DM etc. Patient not suitable for Basti Karma and Snehapana.
