Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 ASA I to III 2 Primary Brest cancer without known extension beyond Breast and Axillary nodes 3 scheduled for unilateral Mastectomy with or without Axillary neck dissection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Inflammatory Breast Cancer 2 Previous Surgery for Breast Cancer 3 BMI more than 35kg per meter square 4 Uncontrolled Diabetes and Hypertension 5 Chronic Renal Disease
