Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Who were willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, recurrent or active pseudo-gout, cancer or other serious health conditions. 2. History of kidney or liver failure. 3. Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAID S). 4. Oral steroids within the last four weeks. 5. Intra articular hyaluronate injections within the previous 6 months. 6. Arthroscopy of the knee within the previous year. 7. Significant injury to the knee within the previous 6 months. 8. Rash or open wound over the knee.
