Intervention1: Closed reduction of nasal bone fracture performed within 5 days. Under Local or General anesthesia.: Closed reduction of nasal bone fractures is divided into 2 classes and the outcomes

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Nasal injury with bleed and deformity 2. Documented evidence of fracture of the nasal bone and septum. with or without head injury 3. Associated Nasal Ethmoidal, Naso orbito ethmoidal and intra cranial fractures. 4. Associated nasal soft Tissue injury.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe head injury invariably requiring urgent neuro surgical referral. Those patients referred due to lack of Ct scan facilities due to covid have been excluded and forms a majority of the severe trauma cases. Hence the study has only included those patients who are referred to ENT department and does not include patients referred to OMFS and in whom radiological diagnosis is not made
