Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly aged 60-70 years. Score of 10-25 on MOCA. (mild to moderate cognition affection) Score of 10-30 on GDS. (mild to moderate affection of emotional wellbeing) Both genders Willing Participants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants already undergoing any form of treatment for cognition depletion and emotional wellbeing affection.
