Intervention1: Biskhapra - (Trianthema portulacastrum): 5gms of Biskhapra soaked in 200ml water at night. Boil on Low flame till the water reduced to half, can be given Orally when it is luke warm

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient diagnosed with CKD, serum e GFR LEVELS, SERUM CREATININE BLOOD UREA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant & lactating women. Patients on Immunosuppressive therapy. Any history of allergic reactions to herbal medicines. patients on Dialysis during the study. other severe systemic illness or active infection.
