Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)All participants of either religion. 2)IT professionals who are having continuous night duties for 1yr and duty hours more than 4hrs/day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Participants who have shift duties. 2)Participants who are on psychiatric treatment or who have been diagnosed of insomnia.
