Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals who are willing for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any metabolic disorders Any recent surgeries Any gastrointestinal disease Psychiatric disorders Participants with co-morbidities Women during the period of pregnancy and menstruation Who were taking drugs which could affect gastrointestinal motility (e.g., prokinetic, anti-emetic agents, narcotic analgesics, anti-cholinergic, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents.)

GASTRIC MYO-ELECTRICAL ACTIVITYTimepoint: Participants will perform 3 sessions of the intervention with an interval of 1 week between the sessions. Baseline assessment will be done before the intervention, followed by a post-test and follow-up sessions assessments will be done during the 1st session, and endline assessment will be done after completion of the 3rd session.
