Control Intervention1: Oral Ferrous Ascorbate: Group B that is Ferrous Ascorbate patients will be given with oral ferrous Ascorbate tablets (100 mg elemental iron) once in day for two months orally.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1)Pregnant women with gestational age between 12 weeks to 24 weeks. 2) Pregnant women with blood hemoglobin levels between 7 and 10 g/dl
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1)Pregnant women with hemoglobin levels below 7 g/dl 2)Severe concurrent illness (cardiovascular, renal, hepatic or any other systemic diseases) 3)History of chronic inflammation (rheumatoid arthritis, gout, etc.) 4)Active internal bleeding like bleeding piles, peptic ulcer, esophageal varices 5)Family history of thalassemia, sickle cell anemia or malabsorption syndrome 6)High obstetric risk associated with hypertension, diabetes, hepatic and renal diseases; or any history of hypersensitivity to iron preparations
