Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: having sign and Symptoms of pandu according to Ayurveda classics. Hb% for Female below-12 gm% and Male below-13 gm% [acc. to WHO].Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. Individuals who will give written consent for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having heamoglobin below 7 gm%. Patient having specific conditions like chronic cardiac disease. Other types of Anemia except iron deficiency Anemia. Anemia with chronic disease HTN, DM, liver disease ,CKD. Patients with bleeding disorder. leukemia , thalassemia and sickle cell anemia etc. pregnant and lactating women.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
change in the level of Hb on patient.Timepoint: at 8 weeeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To relieve the symptoms associated with pandu . Change RBC Count, PCV, MCV, ESR, Serum Iron, Serum Ferritin .Timepoint: at 8 weeks
