Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients 18 years of age and above and diagnosed with acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of heart failure with a recent history of serious cardiovascular event such as myocardial infarction, stroke, or other thromboembolic events in the last month. Patients of heart failure with sepsis. Patients with Creatinine Clearance less than 30 mL per min or those requiring dialysis. Patients with a history of diabetic ketoacidosis. Patients who refuse to participate.
