Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants for this study will include individuals who voluntarily agree to participate and provide written informed consent. Eligible participants must be between the ages of 40 and 65 years and have a Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score greater than 25 points. They should demonstrate the ability to maintain an independent standing posture for at least 30 seconds and be capable of walking independently for 10 meters without the use of an assistive device. Additionally, participants must have a muscle strength grade of 3+ and be able to comprehend and follow verbal commands given by the therapist.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded from the study if they have a history of other neurological conditions, such as Alzheimer s disease or Parkinson s disease. Individuals with a recent myocardial infarction or unstable angina will not be considered for participation. Patients with dementia, impaired alertness, or severe lower extremity orthopedic conditions that may affect mobility will also be excluded. Additionally, those with impaired vision or those taking antispasmodic medications (e.g., baclofen, dantrolene sodium) or any other drugs that could affect balance will not be eligible for the study.
