Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of both genders aged 18 to 60 years Patients indicated to undergo ORIF under GA Patients with ASA 1 or ASA 2 undergoing the surgical procedure Patients willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients less than 18 or more Than 60 years of age Patients with compromised systemic health diseases like diabetes, severe immunocompromised patients or cardiovascular diseases Patients not willing to participate in the study

To assess wound healing in patients sutured with monocryl barbed knotless sutures versus those in whom conventional reservable sutures have been usedTimepoint: The patient will be assessed on 1st day, 3rd day and 7th day post operatively for checking healing status of the incision.
