Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects willing to participate and give Consent Subjects of more then eighteen years of Age All subjects who have been recently Diagnosed with CKD within six months will be included for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete medical records or Incomplete History Acute Kidney Disease Patients Patients having Genetic Renal Diseases Patients having Secondary Disease Induced Kidney Problems except DM Hypertension Obesity Autoimmune Patients Taking Immunomodulator Drug Induced CKD
