Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective abdominal cancer surgeries with a duration exceeding 2 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal. 2. Detection of inoperable masses during surgery. 3. Emergency surgeries. 4. Re-exploration surgeries within the same admission. 5. Patients requiring re-exploration within one month of an external previous surgery.
