Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male workers aged 35 50 years. 2. Employed in the diamond industry for at least 10 years. 3. No history of respiratory disorders, cardiovascular diseases, or musculoskeletal conditions that may interfere with the study. 4. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent. 5. FVC less than 70%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with chronic respiratory conditions, such as asthma or COPD. 2. Workers with physical disabilities or those unable to participate in RMSG exercises. 3. No any underlying Musculoskeletal, Neurological and Respiratory condition.
