Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAM D 17) score of severe depression (24 - 52)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of antidepressant or psychotropic medication H/O Psychotic disorders H/O suicide attempts, suicidal ideation or psychosis H/O seizure disorder H/O hypertension and cardiac disorders H/O spinal deformities (scoliosis, kyphosis) Pregnant and Lactating women
