Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Novice (young) athletes Willingness to follow this protocol only Long distance runners (3000M through 10000M)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent injury to lower limb Deformities of spine and lower limb Childhood asthma Sports other than running
