Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients of age between 18-60 years with Chronic otitis media.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Revision ear surgery 2. Active nasopharynx or sinus infection

MeasureTime frame
Proportion of patients with Adhesions Granulations Mucosal inflammation Cholesteatoma in protympanum in cases of chronic otitis media and the size of protympanum in cases of chronic otitis media. Timepoint: at baseline, 8 weeks and 1 year.

To determine the relationship between protympanum morphology ,pathology and size with chronic otitis mediaTimepoint: at baseline, 8 weeks and 1 year.
