Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Nulliparous women aged over 18-30 years Diagnosed cases of Primary Dysmenorrhea Females having regular menstrual cycles (28 7) NPRS rating of 4 or higher in the last 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with Systemic diseases like (mental health, neurological conditions, gastrointestinal, urogynecological, autoimmune, or other chronic pain disorders) Individuals having a history of childbirth or pregnant females. Participants using intrauterine devices. Patients having a history of surgical procedures (pelvic Surgery). Females using the medication, including birth control pills or antipsychotics (antidepressants or antianxiety), for at least six months before the commencement of the study. Females with menstrual cycle duration less than twenty-one days or more than thirty-five days. Participants having a record of secondary dysmenorrhea Females using interventions (like electrotherapy) Individuals performing regular physical activity, and exercise
