Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Adults aged 40 to 65 years 2 Clinically diagnosed with medial knee osteoarthritis, based on the American College of Rheumatology criteria. 3 Radio graphic evidence of medial compartment knee degeneration. 4 Ability to walk independently without assistive devices
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Significant lateral or patella femoral compartment involvement. 2 Recent knee surgery (within the past 6 months). 3 Severe comorbidity affecting mobility (e.g., neurological disorders, severe cardiovascular conditions). 4 Participation in other physical therapy or intervention trials.
