Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between 18 to 60 years of age group and from all socio-economic status and religions who can read or understand either Hindi or English or Bengali and willing to actively participate in the study, after regular follow-up assessment and adhere to the prescribed homoeopathic treatment plan shall be enrolled in the study. 2. Clinically diagnosed cases of fibromyalgia using the Revised Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire (FIQR). 3. Patients who have already had other method of treatment but now intend to undergo homoeopathic treatment, after providing a gap of at least four weeks as wash-out period will be considered. 4. No homeopathic treatment for any ailment including fibromyalgia within the past 2 months. 5. Stable overall health status without acute or severe medical conditions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undertaking homoeopathic treatment for any other chronic purpose. 2. Pregnant and lactating mothers. 3. Patients with drug abuse/drug dependence. 4. Self-reported immune compromised conditions. 5. Severe cardiovascular diseases, such as uncontrolled hypertension or recent myocardial infarction. 6. Currently suffering from severe, acute, life-threatening illnesses or psychiatric conditions. 7. Inability or unwillingness to comply with scheduled follow-up visits and assessments.
