Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Angle Class I bimaxillary and Angle Class II div 1 malocclusion requiring 1st premolar extraction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Long term use of antibiotics, phenytoin, cyclosporine and anti inflammatory, Systemic corticosteroids & calcium channel blockers
