Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with age group of 18-26 years. Both male and female will be included. Unilateral or Bilateral Acute onset of Trapezitis. Palpable tender points present over upper trapezius muscle. Spasm present over trapezius muscle. Restricted cervical lateral flexion of ROM.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent history of trauma, fracture, cervical spine surgery, PIVD, cervical radiculopathy, myopathy. Sensory disturbance near treating part. Allergy to cold.
